Alpha are a Cambridge-based enterprise localisation company, supporting clients across the globe with multilingual content solutions.
They had recently undergone a rebranding project, with the aim of appealing to a very specific set of enterprise customers. With a new logo, brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging. The current website needed to be updated to reflect this.
Not only this, their current website wasn’t user-friendly and it caused headaches on the back end for their marketing team when trying to update content.
Finally, a lot of their content had been uploaded to the site as PDFs. Which causes issues for Google when trying to crawl and index these pages, as well as giving users a poor experience when trying to read the content.

/ Our mission plan
Our aim was to refresh and bring to life Alpha’s website with their new brand identity. Ensuring the messaging and web design resonated with their target customer.
After an initial research phase, we mapped out the key user journeys across the website. Outlining the different paths users would navigate.
And then working closely with the marketing team at Alpha, we designed and developed a bespoke B2B website on WordPress. This gave them an advanced content management system to easily change and add more content to the website. Keeping it fresh and up to date.
The elements on the website are modular, allowing the client to build new pages from a list of blocks that appear elsewhere on the site. And all of the content fields can be updated in the back-end without the help of a developer, giving them true flexibility.
In addition to this, we carried out a full SEO migration. Making sure that the authority, ranking positions, and organic traffic that they had built up over the years were carried over to the new website.
Overall the project was a success and the results below speak for themselves.
